Exceptional Service and Quality at Gerber Collision Center I recently had the unfortunate experience of my car being involved in a parking lot incident that required extensive repair work. Gerber C&G, Downers Grove location was fantastic. From start to finish they communicated with me via text message telling me where they were in the process of repairing my fleet vehicle. Staff were very friendly and professional. Detailed interior and washed it also. Maybe this is the norm for them, but I was not expecting it. Nice surprise.

Mr. S is not only an estimator he truly cares about his customers, and takes his time in explaining what's going to be done with your car. They found more damage than they thought & contacted the insurance company, who represented the other driver, & were given the go ahead to fix that also.
