Our 1st accident in 20 years, not our fault and, to our 4-week old 2016 Ford Escape. The communication commitment from Joe C. Estimator to Tues & Thurs updates (5 Stars) put the bar at the highest level. The repair results were excellent (5 Stars) and, If you have to go thru an accident/repairs this is the best way to do it.

Everyone I worked with was friendly and the service was fast. I was kept well informed of the progress of my repair. It was wonderful to pick up a car that was not only fixed on the outside, but washed and detailed on the inside. I highly recommend using this Gerber location for your car repair needs!
