My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass, and my vehicle. My '04 Liberty Jeep, I was rear ended., needed repairs. Gerber is my insurance's, preferred provider, and once again was a scary time, for me with my car. The team at the Romeoville location, driven by Mike the service manager. Francisco was my estimator, he took me inside the office making sure that I was comfortable, he provided me a written quote. Mike said the repair would be done in approx, 7 business days. He offered to send my car to another location, to have it back sooner, he was a little backed up. I told him I would wait for my vehicle to be repaired by his team. This team of professional were just that, they all represented the shop to the highest quality. They made sure to keep me informed, in every step of the way of the repair. My experience with Gerber was a ... very positive one, even though it did not start that way. I would recommend anyone that needs body work, to go see the Gerber Collision, team in Romeoville, IL . They have the sweetest receptionist, to start the experience. When I picked up my vehicle, as Mike projected, 7 business days. I like professionalism and personal care to my auto at Gerber. Tom R. Is a great estimator for Gerber and I wish to see more people like him at every business location. It's unpleasant to see your car been damaged but Tom made all so easy and fast- it's fantastic ! Thank you and I recommend Gerber at Norwood Park to your vehicle repair when it needs to.

Very friendly staff. They accommodated my schedule for pick-up due to a schedule conflict I had. The car came out better than I expected. They touched up some paint and it looks great. My car is 12 years old and seriously looks 2 years old now.

Please allow me a few words about my wonderful experience at the Skokie location, 8250 Skokie Blvd. Both Dave and the manager Tom were truly exemplary in their service to me. I was kept up to date on all the time needed to complete the service. And they explained exactly and thoroughly what they were going to do for my car. Being in a collision is never a fun experience, but Gerber Collision and glass at the Skokie location made it almost a pleasant one. Everyone there from the receptionists and the other staff were courteous, kind, and professional. Especially I cannot say enough kind words about David and Tom. And Tom person came out to greet me personally and we walked around the car and he showed me all that was repaired. The car was vacuumed and spotless, and it felt like I was driving away in a new car. I put positive reviews of ... Gerber on Yelp and Google reviews. And I plan to tell everyone I know to get their service done at that particular location. Please send Tom a note of thanks from me, and please let his supervisor at corporate know what a great experience I had there. I had a great experience here. Your staff was very friendly and made the repairs a breeze. Your front desk staff is fantastic!!! Always told me what was going on and called me for important items. I appreciated the regular contact. My car was finished 5 days earlier than expected!!
