Jacqueline G.was wonderful! There are 4 drivers in my household and only 3 cars and we do not have coverage for a rental vehicle, so having the car repaired in a timely manner was very important. Once I emailed Jacqueline with my concern she responded right away and was able to have our car completed prior to the anticipated completion date. I had a collision repair done at this location. I was told that my car would be ready and later in the evening I came to pick it up after hours. The car was way in the back in the dark and was not completely ready. I called the next day and the manager apologized and offered me a wash/wax for the inconvenience. I accepted and just wanted to mention that he turned an unpleasant experience into a positive one. It's not the mistake but how it's rectified that's important and the manager did just that. And special thanks to Gina for making sure I was happy. Thanks all!
