A corrosive substance dripped on the hood & fenders of my 2006 Toyota Camry. Also, I cracked my front bumper sliding on ice into the car in front of me and decided to have the bumper fixed at the same time. Gerber did a great job and my car looked like new. The next day, I misjudged pulling into a parking place and scraped my new bumper on the the mud flap of a truck. I immediately brought the car back to Gerber and expected to make an appointment for the work and to pay to have the bumper buffed out/touched up. Much to my surprise, Gerber did the buffing and touch-up while I waited, and at no charge! That is GREAT customer service!!

Feedback: Satisfied. I loved how Gerber kept me updated with the progress of the work that was being performed on my Nissan Altima. The work was perfect and I appreciated the clean condition that my car was returned in. The customer service reps were very very courteous and understanding of my needs & time.

This shop is really all about the customers. Unlike most places that only care about making money, they take care of their customers. Gary was able to offer me an easy and cheaper alternative to fix my car versus putting almost $1000 into an older car. Thanks to everyone at the shop
