From the beginning, Lucy in the office was a tremendous help. Professional and knowledgeable, Lucy guided me thru the process with courtesy and caring. John promptly greeted me upon entering the office when I dropped off my car for repair. My car was ready early, job well done. Wow they even cleaned the car in and out - what a nice touch. Will definitely recommend this particular Gerber to family and friends. Hope I do not have to return; however, if I do I will return to this Gerber!
