I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff, from the time I drove in, throughout repair (phone calls with updates) and the day I picked up my vehicle. The facility is also very clean and well-run. I was especially impressed with how Lucy and Stephanie kept me informed and how EXTREMELY pleasant and professional they were in every way.

Jimmy took care of my car repair needs. He was very friendly and always informative with updates. My car was originally estimated to take approximately two weeks to be repaired. The car was ready in a week - I was stunned and pleasantly surprised. Everyone I encountered was always very pleasant and helpful. It's a great environment under unfortunate circumstances (my car was rear-ended with approximately $5000 in damage). Thank you to Jimmy and the team - keep up the excellent customer service and team work!
