I have lived in Glenview for almost 35 years and when been insured with State Farm for 5 decades! This is my anniversary 50th year with them. When I finally needed them when my wife was hit by a liable driver my car was towed to a holding facility. After several days of mishaps (towing company and state farm at fault for miscommunication) I asked them if Gerber could please use a towing company next to them. The car was going to Gerber anyway. Finally the adjuster agreed. Gerber immediately was "on it". The car was towed and work commented right away. The estimator and lady who answers the phone were kind, caring and considerate of my multiple calls (partially because I had been delayed almost a week now) and because I was hoping for repair and not a total loss. I was provided details and the message that the repair was ... approved. We picked up the car yesterday and could not be happier. I choose Gerber because of its reputation and proximately to our house. Everyone there was superior. I am a retired superintendent of 24 years in the area here and professor now. I expect things to be done right. Thank you Gerber and in particular the people in Glenview. read more

Gerber has serviced our cars on more than one occasion. There has never been a time that we were not completely pleased with their work. They also do a great job of keeping us updated while repairs are being done. I would recommend them to friends and family in a heart beat.
