I backed up my brand new Lexus into another car in the parking garage, and the back bumper had a crack in between the top and bottom pieces. I was afraid that there might be important parts down there that are now exposed, and that the bumper might eventually fall. Jeff took a look, and explained to me that there aren't any important parts down there, and asked me the straight-forward question of how much I am planning to spend, as any bodywork done on these high-end vehicles are costly. After telling him that I am only planning on spending the minimum, and just want to be sure that the bumper wouldn't fall eventually, Jeff offered to help by putting in some clippers, and he won't even charge me! Went to Gerber to get an insurance estimate for a scratch that went down the side of my car. The technician said it was more of a transfer and said he wanted to have them try to just buff if out. I waited about 15 minutes, he brought the car back around as good as new and washed. Didn't charge me anything either. Will definitely bring any future body work/glass repair back to this location. Excellent customer service!
