After the sadness of the collision, we had the best experience, fixing our car at Gerber Collision & Glass on 8250N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie. We ware treated with the outmost respect, professionalism and promptitude by Bob. He explained to us, the process, in very professional way, very kind and very respectfully and to everybody's understanding, very comforting. But the best surprise came the next day, when he called, letting us know that our car is already repaired, initially foreseen for four to five days, it took just about 24 hours. "Jimmy John's", you have competition in Gerber. What accident, what collision? We completely forgot about, and this is thanks to Bob from Gerber Collision & Glass, totally professional, efficient and polite. We firmly recommend this place of business. Thank you Bob. About a month ago, my vehicle was damaged while awaiting service in a local establishments lot. The business referred Gerber Collision & Glass to repair my vehicle. Ernie arrive a few minutes later, greeted me and assured me that after repair it would look like new. At first I was skeptical and still upset but he was professional, confident and honest. A few weeks later, Ernie and Alex picked up my truck for repair and assured me that I would not be disappointed. The next day my truck hadn't even looked like it was damaged. I am 1,000% satisfied with both of their professionalism, customer service and the overall quality of the repair of my truck.
