First of all, Robert, our contact person who set everything up, was absolutely superb: straightforward, honest, helpful--always educating us and ensuring that we had stellar service. My wife and I are extremely appreciative of Robert going above and beyond. Please recognize his service. The body shop people did a beautiful job on the crumpled door, mirror and fender. In addition, they graciously cleaned our mats and dashboard, washed the car, and even replaced a burned-out brake light. Wow! I will be recommending Gerber to anyone who needs repair work.
