Here is a hard to find excellent body repair shop that I would recommend to everyone. We have had both of our vehicles in for repairs. The workmanship is stellar! The office manager has a superb demeanor, the estimator is an expert (also nice). I would never want to take my car elsewhere!

My services was outstanding!! Everyone I worked with or talked to was friendly and helpful and supportive as I was upset about the damage to my car. They kept me informed throughout the repair process by text as requested. I would definitely recommend Gerber to friends and family. Great customer service.

Bob K. serviced my chevy cruze windshield. I called for 2 cracks that I feared come winter would become large. Bob said they were pits and did not need repair yet I guess he sensed my fear and filled them anyway. Great job. I called to compliment his goodness and spoke to John K... another very delightful man. Have written a 5 star review on YELP and definitely will use Gerber Collision and Glass in McHenry if ever needed.

Best collision center i have ever used. Customer service Jennifer Z. was a life saver.From start to finish i had updates on how my cars repairs were coming along. They made sure our rental was made and waiting when we arrived. Made sure we were happy with service and car. Gary R. and his crew did an amazing job on the work and went above and beyond our expectations. We will be returning to them in near future for some other work and buffing. Amazing Job!!!

I just received service from Hector at the Orland Park location on 153rd, and I cannot tell the company how grateful I am for his genuine help. He went the extra mile, and I cannot thank him enough for his work. We now live in a time where people walk into a service place and do not even get a simple 'Hello' from behind the service counter. Not Hector. He looked up right away from his keyboard and made EYE CONTACT when he greeted me, as well got up from his desk to assist me. He really did go out of his way to fix my problem, and because of that, Hector instantly made my day a great one. Thank you, Hector, and thank you Gerber Collision & Glass for employing such kind-hearted people in your company.

Gerber collision and glass did a beautiful job replacing the bumper to my car after getting accidentally hit by someone. I would highly recommend this particular location. Everybody was friendly and helpful very pleased with the work.

The service that Ezra and the team gave was outstanding, professional and timely. Our car was hit while parked and they worked with the other cars insurance provider to appraise and repair our car quickly. They were also regularly communicating with the rental car company so that they were aware of how long we would be utilizing a rental car.
