Excellent job. Suppose to be a 20-day repair but we got our car in 10 days. The car was restored to its original look (as if nothing happened). Joe did a fantastic job. So impressed will definitely recommend the place to our friends. The staff were friendly and helpful. All around, great experience.

I needed a second estimate for repairs to a bumper on a 15 yr old car. I was a previously happy customer and so I stopped at Gerber. The young lady gave me an option of heating the bumper that could very well pop out the ugly dent, and I agreed. The bumper looks fantastic. I'll be back, if necessary.

I bought a 2017 Nissan Altima in July 2017 from Hawkinson Nissan and paid $1500 for their GlassCoat protection policy. (Dumb move!) In January, I discovered multiple scratches on the roof and hood of my car. I had no idea where they came from. Hawkinson declared that the GlassCoat basically covered "bird poop and acid rain" (their words). So, I went to Gerber Collision in Matteson and got an estimate from Jorge and decided to have them repair the scratches. In less than a week, I got my Altima back and it really looks even better than when I first bought it! They did a fantastic job! I am very pleased with the Service I received from Gerber In Lagrange, Il. Nick R., the General Manager was professional and courteous in dealing with me. I took my car in on a Monday morning, and they had it ready for me the following afternoon. They even buffed out some paint scratches unrelated to the accident at no extra charge. My car was washed and cleaned inside and out. I am very pleased with the results, and highly recommend this business

I cannot say enough about this shop! Jeff, the Production Manager, and the whole team worked a miracle for me! I was struggling to find a good time to drop off and pick up my car because of work. Insurance won't pay for your rental if you take an extra day to pick up your car. The Production Manager and Jeff had a quick discussion and decided they could get my car in and out in 1 day! 1day! Wow! Dropped my car off in the morning, got it back in the evening. The work is gorgeous, the car was nicely cleaned, and the staff was superb. This went so far above and beyond! Other shops were telling me a week or more, these guys got it done in a day and for far less money. I will point all my friends and family to this shop in the future. I am truly impressed!

My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Glenview/Lehigh was simply wonderful in all aspects from the moment I brought my car in for the estimate until I picked it up to see the perfect repair work completed on the vehicle about slightly over two weeks later.
