Very efficient administration. Worked very well with insurance company. Repairs were authorized and completed within 48 hours. Gerber can't fix emotional stress, but they sure can do a terrific job. My car looks like new, inside and out. I feel respected and would recommend this facility highly.

Everyone here was amazing! Michelle the receptionist was a pleasure to talk to. Eric and his team did an absolutely amazing job completing my hail damage repair. Our insurance company was a bit difficult to get in contact with and we were heading out of town for the holiday weekend. They went above and beyond to have my car ready on time and it looks like new! We are beyond pleased and looking forward to bringing in our second car for them to fix next week. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Matt and the entire team at Gerber in Chicago were simply outstanding to work with. Everyone was incredibly helpful, polite, friendly, and professional. I appreciated how Gerber goes out of their way to respect my time and keep me informed. Matt in particular was professional and helpful, and worked with me rather than talking at me (an experience I've had at other body shops). I'll definitely recommend Gerber and be back if I need further repairs on my vehicle.

Hail Damage to my vehicle occurred in early May, 2018 which resulted in calling my Insurance Agent. I was referred to Gerber Collision & Glass for an estimate and decided to have the work completed by Gerber C & G. The vehicle was left with Jimmy C. and when my wife and I picked up the vehicle, it was amazing to see that all dents due to the hail were gone. The vehicle was clean and looked shinny and we knew the crew were professionals. It was much appreciated that the staff worked with the Insurance Company and had the vehicle ready in 3 and 1/2 days.

Jarod was wonderful! He thoroughly explained recommended repairs, and shared sage advice regarding how to file a claim with my insurer if I chose to do so. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and the quality was superb.

The service I received from Gerber was outstanding. Teri (Teresa) and Wendy at the front desk were helpful and friendly. When I picked up my car, Teri completed all of the paperwork, knew what she was doing and handled it all well. Jason G. was my estimator. He was considerate, professional, thorough and when I left my car there for body work, he kept me apprised of the progress. He explained what was found beyond the surface appearance of the damage and what was done to repair it. The car was done in the time frame I was told it would be. Jason was there to go over the car with me when I picked it up and was eager to know if I was satisfied with the repairs. My experience with Gerber Collision in Downers Grove was a good one.
