I came to Gerber Collision after my brand new vehicle was hit only 5 days after purchasing it. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and kept me updated with the progress of the car. The woman I spoke with was very informative. Above and Beyond. From the moment I called and talked to Nicki and Andrea, I knew I was in good hands. They took great care of me on the phone and in the office. My claim was written up by Jay. He is amazing! Great to work with and made me feel comfortable leaving my "baby" with him. I also dealt with Jason. He was great! When I picked up my car he showed me all the work. It was pouring out so he had the car wiped off so I can see the work. I did not notice everything until I started to look around while driving. The whole inside was clean and vacuumed! The windows were even done! You are amazing. The car was buffed and clean. I have been shouting your praises to everyone I know. I have posted on YELP as well as your website and Facebook. Thank you for making this horrible experience great!

My treatment at Gerber in Matteson was very good from the time you walk in the ladies at the front reception were very nice the estimator was very kind and George was very helpful he even installed my daytime running light on my escalade for me 1 out of 10 they are a 10 I would highly refer them to other people.very good customer service.

The back bumper of our car was split (the rubber part, no body damage) and we took it in for an estimate. They fixed it right away in the parking lot and didn't charge us a dime. Thank you for the great service. We have used them before accident repair and they have always been excellent.

I was very impressed from the moment I walked into the clean office and was greeted with the friendly and helpful staff. They were astute and professional in every way. They told me exactly what was going to happen with my car, and let me know approximately, how long it would take for them to complete the job. They also arranged for Enterprise car rental to come pick me up, , one less thing for me to worry about that I had not thought of, which I deeply appreciated. I would describe the staff at Gerber Collision as professional, attentive, courteous, and punctual. I would definitely be a return customer. I have already told a friend about the great service your staff provides, and that the staff goes above and beyond what was expected. They even detailed my car!

Everyone I talked to were so friendly and able to answer all my questions. This process was very easy and my car looks brand new. I was surprised by the fact that they even vacuumed if out (it needed it lol) If needed I'll definitely be going back!! Thanks Guys!!

Unbelievably happy with my experience. I haven't needed car repair in a very long time, but I can't imagine any other shop delivering this level of customer service. When I dropped my vehicle off I was well taken care of. Even daily texts/emails on my vehicle's status. My car was delivered to my house when the repairs were completed which completely blew my mind. Just want to say absolutely amazing service. Was in a accident and they took care of it all. Between jorge and jim couldnt ask for better communication and finished earlier then exspected. Im very anal about my truck and they did amazing job. Would reccomend them to anyone.
