After having a horrific experience with another big name collision repair shop for my sons car, it was a totally difference experience at Gerber for my car. From the day I had my car looked at for damage until the day I picked it up after repairs, the experience was excellent. The people were nice and seemed to care about you and your car. Even though there are closer shops to where I live, I would return to this one if I ever need repairs again. I would highly recommend it.

On 06-02-2018 I brought in my 2015 Mazda CX5, someone hit it in an Highland Park parking lot. Met with Chris G. to see what he could do. Did not want to call my insurance, it ended up being nothing major. Chris did his magic and in less then 5 minutes it was fixed. He was the most pleasant and professional person I met. I just wanted to tell you that if I ever need anything I will bring my car here again with out a dough. I cant tell you enough how rare it is now days to find someone like Chris with a smile on his face and so wonderful. Please remember him when raises come around and he deserve a good one, people like Chris are a keeper.

Elise was just wonderful keeping the updates moving, answering questions, dealing with my stressed out self in losing my car for 27 days. She went above and beyond checking additional items out that had nothing to do with the crash. Car looked and drove beautiful. Good work to the people backstage doing the work.
