All I can say is Wow! My thanks to Chris at the Huron shop. The whole process was easy and low stress. Not only does the work look great, they finished it early and got my vehicle back to me ahead of schedule! Gerber treats their customers right, especially women. You can trust the estimates even when you're paying out of pocket like I was. It even turned out to be a little less. Thanks again.

He took the time to explain and then went ahead and wiped off the paint left behind and reattched the light on the side of the wheel . He did not charge me and made me a customer for life! Through no fault of Gerber, over the past number of years I have had a number of occasions in which I needed auto body repairs. From the first time I used Gerber in Elgin, I was sold. The wait time was a little bit longer than I desired, but given that there was only one estimator and it was a holiday weekend, the turnaround made sense. The work that they completed on my car, however, was unbelievably fantastic! My car was vandalized, and they went above and beyond to fix every detail that I had pointed out and even detailed the inside of my car. World class service and will be back!

This Gerber location went above and beyond! I am very pleased with the repairs that they did for the hail damage on my vehicle. Everyone at this location was very nice and kept me updated about my repairs. The general manager, Mark, kept me informed with what was going on with my vehicle and he was able to answer all of my questions. I will be bringing my vehicle back to this location for them to fix damage on my vehicle from a previous accident that was not repaired correctly by two other body shops. The team at this location is friendly, provides excellent customer service, and goes above and beyond for customers! I will recommend this location to all of my family and friends for repairs!
