I recently had my car fixed at Gerber, and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I set up the estimate appointment through my car being fixed, I was updated frequently by voicemails and text messages. Everyone who works at Gerber from the Secretary to the Mechanics greeted me with a warm smile. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely recommend to family and friends. As I stated above everyone was easy and wonderful to work with, especially Steven and I believe the other name was Tyler.

Staff did everything for me, I didn't even have to worry. They had the rental car set up and ready to go before I got there and also was in contact with my insurance company, so I didn't have to try and solve the problem myself. They did great work and an excellent job, I would highly recommend them if you want the best results as well as being stress free!

Tom was very kind and he was very helpful for us he made sure we were helped and he did that fast and efficiently. The car was fixed beautifully and buffed out (to our surprise). Amazing experience at the Gerber collision center. I hadn't had better customer experience in my life. Amazing job!!

Where do I begin! We had my car taken to this shop location to be repaired. It was unfortunate it was hit by a fork lift - accident in a parking lot. The repair staff made phone calls each day telling us how things were going and what they were doing. Wow! Than was great! When it was complete - now it is beautiful - I got inside and something strange was present...I did not think it was my car because it was CLEAN on the inside! Double Wow! That is the greatest service we have had in a very long time. Thank you very much!
