Thanks to McKinley and the staff at Gerber in Downers Grove. They took great care of our beloved, vintage 4Runner. Thanks for the calls to keep us updated throughout the repair and the help with a rental car. We had several laughs, which made a yucky process as positive as possible.

I cannot say enough praise for the body/paint department. My vehicle looks amazing. If you were to look at my vehicle you would never know it was in an accident. The paint matches and looks amazing. They gave me an estimated time for when it would be done and they stood by it. Gerber in Normal, THANK YOU for an outstanding job. I have already told my friends to go there for body repair/paint.

I have to tell you how very p!eased I was with everyone at the Buffalo Grove Illinois location! I had read some reviews that were critical about wait times and everything , so wasn't sure before going in. But I walked in at 7:30 AM and was out before 8:30 with a rental car. The receptionist Ashley ( hope I spelled it right ) helped me right away and was so nice! They took my car in for assessment right away and Jacqueline came out to talk with me about her assessment of the damage. I was again taken to reception area and helped by Ashley. ( I had called my insurance company the day before so all my info was already in). They had Daniel from Enterprise rental cars there within about 15-20 minutes who was also terific, very polite and helpful. I was so pleased that the entire process took about an hour. While I was on vacation, my car was hit by a mower. When I got home, I took my car to Gerber, and Jorge provided me with an estimate that was way more accurate than what the insurance had quoted me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the whole process as this was the first time I had to do this. The work that was done on my car was fantastic. The car was only 3 months old when it when in and it came out looking just as good as the day I bought it. The guys in the shop did a fantastic job. When I picked up the car, Jim had come outside to walk me through exactly what was done, and he provided me with excellent instructions on how to care for the new paint over the next few months. This Gerber facility was top notch. Rick E did a great job explaining all the changes and helping me through several visits to the shop. Also, he very graciously drove me back and forth to the commuter train station so I could get to work.

Your production manager, Rick E., helped me out today and did a great job! My car had recently been repaired at Gerber but I later noticed that the headlights weren't working (or so I thought). I asked if I could bring it in and he saw me right away. After a quick inspection, he showed me that the lights were in fact working, but I was using my brights stick incorrectly. (It's been a long time since I've driven at night and I guess I just didn't know how my own car works.) He somehow managed to not make fun of my ignorance, but I hope he gets a good laugh with the guys about it later. Thank you!

If i could give this place more stars i would, their customer service is top notch! I was greeted with a smile every time. Al Crespo was extremely professional and delightful to work with and he handled my claim with the upmost courteousness and professionalism one could give me. I totally recommend this place!

Randy Garman and Katie Cargill treated me like family. I was misdiagnosed with a cancerous tumor in jaw which led to being rear ended in Springfield IL, 3 blocks from my surgeons office. Needless to say I was a basket case. From the first day I stepped foot into your shop in Pekin I cried and ranted on about my health my car. Both Katie and Randy handled me with warmth and compassion. They repaired my car like new. kept me in the loop as to texts messages on where my repair was in process. I am a registered nurse on a really fast paced floor held to a certain standard, I expect that same kind of quality and commitment from others, from here on out Gerber Collision will be my only repair shop.
