I have used this location of Gerber Collision & Glass on two different occasions. The service was outstanding. Estimates were prepared in less than 24 hours. The car waited for parts for only a couple of days the first time and was taken immediately the second time. Managers and employees were courteous and efficient. I received feedback on nearly a daily basis. The work was completed as scheduled both times. Workmanship was excellent. The experience both times exceeded my expectations. It is also a comfort to have the National Lifetime Repair Guarantee. This location is rated high by Allstate.

Office staff is tremendous, answered questions and keep me up to date in progress of work. The cars wee delivered back sometimes cleaner then we left them. The craftsmanship is great and the work was done in a timely manor! Would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends!
