Even went out their way to pull forward repair completion by a few days which accommodate my travel to see my first granddaughter (who came a little early. ) Also frequent texts either updates kept me calm and informed. John H, my estimator, was very nice as was the rest of the staff at the Hudson, OH, location. The damaged bumper on my 2011 Ford pick-up truck looks like new again. Upon pick-up, I was surprised and pleased that the interior of my truck had been cleaned and vacuumed in addition to the outside wash. Tire shine was even applied! I would not hesitate to use this location again for any future auto body needs.
