Gerber Collision did an amazing job fixing our car. Plus, they were willing to work with us and understand our needs. Our car is older and our goal is to get it through a couple more years. We didn't need extensive and elaborate fixes, we needed it to be safe. Some places will tell you everything needs to be replaced. Gerber assessed what could still be used and what needed to be replaced to help us control costs. I appreciated their willingness to work with us and held low expectation for how the car would look when it was finished. It looks fabulous! It barely looks like it was in an accident. Appreciated Cliff understanding our needs and working with us.

My experience with the Holly Springs, NC location was better than I could have ever imagined. Their staff was awesome and helped make a devastating crisis as painless as possible (devastating to ME anyway!) I could not have been more impressed by how great the repair process was. Everyone handling my repair was so professional and informative. I was greeted by name walking into pick up my car and I could have asked for a better experience. In fact, the whole experience was so flawless, I almost want someone to rear-end my car again just so I can go back to this shop!

My service was STELLAR! Chad was caring, sensitive, empathetic and kept me updated at all times. He eased my fears about the damage to my beloved Lexus from the start. I've had other cars fixed at Gerber and when the tow truck driver told me he had to take my car to some random lot, I said "heck no" and paid the $125 for him to take it (and me) to Gerber. I knew once I got there I would be all good, despite the stress of my accident. Gerber even had my back making sure I knew I could get reimbursed from State Farm for the towing. Now that's some serious customer service. I cannot say enough great things about Gerber in Holly Springs. the ladies at the front desk are even fabulous. They will hunt down a rental car for you if you are having problems. They care, period!

This was the best experience with a collision repair shop. Every time I came in I felt very welcome. They told me up front what all needed to be done with my car and kept me updated throughout the process. I had conflict issues with coming in to get my car fixed and needing it sooner and they worked with me and I ended up getting my car back before I was scheduled to. I would definitely reccomend this auto body shop to anyone! Their staff is very friendly and they do amazing work!
