I went in to get an estimate for damage to my bumper. I have Farm Bureau Insurance. The damage was paint from the other car and scratches. Because it was minor damage, the employee cleaned off the paint and used touch up paint on the bumper for me. And it looks great! He charged nothing and I was able to cancel the insurance claim. Thank you!!!

Even though I didn't bring them much business (in fact I think I was a net loss for them) I felt exceptionally well taken care of and cared for. They provided honest estimates, worked with my wishes at cost to them, and made me feel comfortable to make decisions. These are the sort of people that we want working for us, who have clearly shown me that they care about their customers more than making a bottom line.
