From start to finish, the service I received was exemplary! My car was repaired ahead of the promised date and detailed, too! Every person I came into contact with treated me as though I was THE most important customer they had. If there's an upside to having to have my car repaired, it was that the people at Gerber made working with them stress free!

Besides doing very careful dent removing and painting, they made our little Honda Civic SI look like new all over. By far the best body work done on the care in my years of work done in CT and MI. The service was always prompt, and most flexible. In short, over the top in all respects! Double the number of stars; they've earned 10. I'm already thinking of asking them to take care of few other dents I've got.

Gerber Collision and the team (Kara, David) did a fantastic job all around. My vehicle was dropped off on Thursday morning, and I received a call on the following Monday morning saying that it was done and ready to be picked up. Upon inspection, the damage was completely gone, and the vehicle looked better than ever...thanks again to the entire team at Gerber Collision on 136th Avenue for making it a painless experience...just what every customer wants!!!

The whole experience with Gerber was great. I had an appointment to meet for an estimate and there was no waiting, Kelvin was very courteous and professional and explained everything that needed to be fixed. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be and looked great. They even contacted the rental car agency to set up a time to pick me up and notified them when I would be returning the car to them. I had an overall great experience with Gerber Collision.
