10 STARS!!!!(*****) The Hinesville, GA Gerber Collision & Glass is certainly the best of the best! This is the second time I've needed their services due to auto chips/dings created by careless others. I was quick to tell my insurance that I wanted only Gerber's services. Ashley, Micki, and Mathew should be the definition and faces of the words "Customer Service". They were quick to call, follow-up, set up rental, and deliver the most friendly, efficient, expeditious, and perfect outcome. Ashley provided extra future tips and recommendations. Here is a recount of my wonderful experience with Gerber collision. I'm a disabled veteran who is wheelchair bound. When my van incurred damage due to a storm my Insurance directed me to Gerber. The business was amazing. They not only aided in the recovery of the vehicle but gave the best communication I've experienced. The work was done quickly and throughly. Unfortunately I had a issue with the Van that only has 1708 miles on it. Matt who made tested the vehicle before it was returned to me did something amazing. He and the technician Sean came to my home to assist me. It ended being a blown fuse and they were able to help when the dealership that sold me the van refused to give much help. I'm so thankful for everyone at Gerber and I will be definitely pointing people to them for all their auto needs.

My truck was hit and the bumper was damaged. They took care of us and it was wonderful. They are very respectful of your vehicle and time. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. My truck bumper looks better than it did when I purchased it. Thank you Gerber for making my awful day better by doing such great work on my truck!
