Couldn't be happier with the experience at Gerber in HP, IL. Luiss (Estimator), Natalie (Admin), and Drew (General Manager) were all extremely helpful and guided me through the collision and insurance process seamlessly. I was able to drop off my car, drive off in an Enterprise car delivered to the parking lot minutes later, and received detailed texts related to timing and estimates throught the process. Best yet, the car was ready to be picked up two weeks ahead of what they originally told me, and the car looked like new. They made what was an annoying, no fault-collision into a pleasant and efficient experience and didn't let me leave until I was 100% taken care of. Recommend these guys 1000%!! Thank you Gerber!!

I can't say enough good things about Gerber Collision in Highland Park. They run a very smooth and seem less operation. Bill was great estimating and overseeing the whole job.
