This is the 2nd time I have used Gerber. Both times I have been very satisfied. They kept me up to date about how they were moving along. It was ready a day early. I am very pleased with the repair by Gerber. They did an excellent repair job. Also my Estimator, Suni B, was always available in working with me and answering any questions I had and emailed me a current list of the repairs and total. She always called me to give me updates on the progress of insurance coverage. She was such a pleasure to work with and relieved my stress in having to deal with the accident and damage to my car. She is certainly an asset to Gerber.
