I know it has been awhile, but we wanted to write and let you know how happy we were with the service that you provided for us when our car was worked on. In a difficult situation, you & Gerber Collision made it easier to deal with. From the moment that we dropped off the car, to the multiple phone calls keeping us apprised of the progress on our car, to being so accommodating & even taking care of the issue so quickly when the bumper pieces needed to be painted. Hello, I wanted to let everyone know how pleased I am with the customer service at Gerber. I dealt with Christian mainly and he was always very nice and ensured that my car was in perfect working condition. Even after the car left the facility and 2 days later we started having troubles with the front end, he insisted I bring the car back and he had it fixed. I was very pleased with the ladies at the front desk as well, they were very personable and it was nice to sit and chit chat with them. All in all I will go back to Gerber if I am in another collision, but hopefully that won't happen! :) Thanks again! Sheena Moore

EMAIL: Anatoliy, Wanted to write and let you know how satisfied we were with the repair of our Lexus. While we are not happy that we had 3 separate accidents in a six month period, we are very happy with the repair experiences at Gerber. My 2001 dodge was repaired at your service center. I was stuck in a hotel and your service center repaired my truck in 3 days. the should of taken 9 or 10 days, but they got me out of there in 3 days. They also let me keep my trailor in there lot while the service was being done. The Service rep was Anatoliy Cherneta and the team of people should be comended for the fine Job.
