Just received a call from Joe at Gerber Collision in response to a survey I filled out. I obviously read thru the question to quickly and responded "yes" to having to return my car after repair due to an issue. To set record straight this is false, have not had to return for any issues. I have nothing but praise for the work they did and the entire staff. The fact that they noticed my typo and immediately contacted me shows their attention to detail Highly recommend them

I couldn't have asked for a better place to take my car to be repaired. I had an awesome experience at Gerber Collision in Greenville on Hooker Rd. Their staff are phenomenal, helpful, informative and kept me up to date during each process. They helped with my rental car and made the process seamless. My car was repaired to the highest quality and was done ahead of schedule! I can't say enough great things about Will, Joe, Maggie and the rest of their team.

And Joe was diligent with providing me with updates on my vehicle while I sat in the lobby waiting and was very kind, making sure I had everything I needed whether it was water or food. I was very pleased with the service and friendly attitudes of the staff! My car wasn't scheduled for repair until July 13th, but I started having issues and went by to see if they could repair it earlier. They took my car that day , Will T. called me everyday to give me an update and I received my car in 3 days. The finished work was great! Highly recommend them!! Will Turner was had awesome customer service!

I chose to use Gerber because my insurance company recommended it. The staff is extremely friendly! They did a wonderful job on my repair work and it was completed right on time. Not only was the car returned to us clean, inside and out, but it also had a full tank of gas. I highly recommend them.
