Gerber Collision did a great job! The staff was very attentive giving me a daily update. The repair was done very quickly. When I got my car back it looked amazing! Gerber is very easy to work! I hope I don't get into another accident, but if I do I know where to go to get my car fixed!

Everyone I came in contact with especially the manager Bill R. were very kind to me and he explained every thing they were going to do to my car and I was able to pick my car up a day early then what he predicted. Great service!

I was very happy with the service at Gerber Collision. My vehicle looked like it was brand new when they were through. They even painted 3 of my door handles at no additional charge. It was perfect!

I had my Maximum fixed here and from the moment I walked in the door Bill the manager and Jamie where very helpful. Bill and Jamie kept me updated throughout the entire process. And wow my car looks beautiful again thanks to Randy and Tanner and perfect match on paint thanks to Zacks to Darren . Alround great job Gerber Greensboro!!!!!

I was completely satisfied with my experience at Gerber Collision!!! Kimberly Q. was my estimator and she handled the job in a very professional way as well as being quite friendly and helpful with all my questions! I was given an estimated completion time and daily updates on the progress. Much to my surprise and delight, Kimberly called with the news that my car war ready for pickup even before the promised date!!! I was very pleased at that!!! When I arrived to pick up my car, it was ready with a shiny clean wash and the work was perfect!!! Kimberly took me out to look at the finished job and get my approval then took me back in to finish up the paperwork!!! I will certainly return to Gerber in the future should the need arise and I will also refer friends and family to go to Gerber for their needs as well!!! Thanks Kimberly and team ... read more

KIMBERLY HELP ME.....WOW WOW WOW MY ISSUE WAS NON RELATED TO INSURANCE OR AN ACCIDENT. I HAD PULLED THE BOTTOM DRIVER SIDE CORNER OF THE "CURB ALERT" GUARD OFF AND DISCONNECTED IF THE HOOKS/PINS. I THOUGHT I HAD BROKEN A PIECE OFF. I COULD NOT GET IT TO HOLD MYSELF. SO I STOPPED BY-JUST BECAUSE I KNEW WHERE THIS LOCATION WAS. FILLED OUT SOME PAPERWORK...KIMBERLY ASSESSED THE PROBLEM AND TOOK MY CAR AWAY. CAME BACK AND SHE SAID "HOW IS THAT?" AND IT WAS FIXED. SEEMS TO BE CORRECT AND SHOULD HOLD. I ASKED OF COURSE HOW MUCH AND SHE SAID NOTHING. SO I'M GIVING HER AND THIS LOCATION A BIG SHOUT OUT FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN I DO NEED THE SERVICES OF GERBER ON A MORE GRANDER SCALE (HOPEFULLY NO TIME SOON) I'LL CERTAINLY BE BACK AND WILL GIVE THEM ENDORSEMENTS TO OTHERS AS WELL. GREAT JOB IN GREENSBORO FOLKS.
