The service at Gerber was top tier. I love the fact that they send updates through text messages to keep you updated at all times. They are very prompt and detailed in every aspect. I am so very pleased with work that they did on my 2025 Kia Seltos after my accident and I would like to thank everyone involved in making my car look like new again. Special shout out to Melody at the Front Desk who listened to me vent about my car accident, she listened and was very encouraging that I had come to the right place to get my car fixed and Hayden who assisted me in towing my car, he was very professional. The team at the Grandview location did a fantastic job on my recent repair. This was both body and windshield glass. They even went the extra mile and cleaned my vehicle inside and out! What a reflection of their quality and customer service. Gerber does a great job and I will return to them if I ever need services again.

Gerber collision is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had to take my car in for a hit and run incident, and did not think the repairs could be done. Gerber collision experts assured me that the repair could be done and look brand new and back as if nothing ever happened. They completed the repair and have me looking brand new again!! Gerber collision also held my car for me while I was out of the country. Their service time was great and they under promised and over delivered!! I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision if you are seeking excellent service and quality of work!

This is the only place I will ever take my car to. Someone hit my car a couple months back. They took care of me the whole time! Kept me up with the knowledge of everything that was going on. I got my car back and noticed something going wrong with the AC and other stuff. They had me taken care of from start to finish and even after! I will never take my car anywhere. As a woman I have experienced being taken advantage of in this industry. However, that is NOT how I was treated here. They walked me through everything g from start to finished. Personally showed me what was wrong and had second and third opinions for it from multiple other shops. I can't believe the care they show their customers. I have been to this location twice in the past year. They are extremely professional, friendly and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I was so happy with their work that was why I brought my car back a second time. I will refer Gerber collision and Glass in Grandview MO to all my friends and family.
