When I had an accident not too long ago, I was worried that my car wouldn't be the same. This shop made it so easy and comfortable to go on with my life, while they took care of my car. They always kept me up to date, sent me updated pictures as progress came along. LOVE THIS PLACE. Highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service! From the moment I walked in there my estimator, Jeff K. , made me feel like a welcomed and valued customer. They kept me posted throughout the repair time. My repair was handled promptly despite the responsible insurance company's shortcomings. I wouldn't consider taking my vehicle anywhere else. I brought my 2010 jetta tdi in for some repairs to the front end. I had a short timeline because of an upcoming move and they were able to accommodate me quickly. The repairs were done in two days and the estimator, Jeff K. was extremely courteous and very professional. I would do my business there again!

I was so pleased with the job done here. They took my car in at a last minute notice and assured me it would be done before I left back home and they sure did. Customer service was so good. Yesenia the receptionist and Kent the GM were so understanding about the amount of time they had to fix it and still came out great. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. If I could I would give it more than 5 stars .

Jeffey did a wonderful job as the estimator and customer service representative for our car repair. This was done at this facility because USAA has a relationship with Gerber and I could not have been more pleased with how professional the staff was and how superbly they treated me and my car.

I am very happy with the service I've been given from Gerber (Jeffrey K.) ... My car is wonderful and Mr. K. was giving me updates regularly both by phone and text. In fact my car was ready two days prior to the estimated date of completion. I also found out this weekend that my son in law had his truck repaired here too and was very happy with them. I would highly recommend this branch of Gerber should you need collision repair.
