The repairs to my Colorado were top notch as were the office coordinator and employee, Drew. Drew sent me updates on the repairs per text messages. When my truck was ready, I did not have transportation - Drew offered to take me from my home to Gerber. I was amazed at the quality of service and the commitment to customers. A huge thank you Drew!

I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision. I was in an accident caused by an uninsured motorist, so I was already in a FUNK. My estimator was Drew v. , and he did a great job explaining the process, the time line and what is involved with the repairs. After picking up the car, he walked through all the repairs with me answering all my questions. But not only Drew, Correen at the front office was exceptional as well, super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ryan another employee worked with me on my vehicle pick up etc. He also, did a great job. I see why State Farm has rated this particular Gerber branch (Gig Harbor) so high. Thank you for making a crappy situation tolerable. YOU ALL ROCK>

When I first entered this office I read a mission statement for Gerber and thought to myself "yeah that's nice but not likely to be achieved." I was SO IMPRESSED that my experience was absolutely matched to the mission statement!! My wife and I are grateful for the care shown to us at every level as our car was repaired. Our thanks to everyone at Gig Harbor Gerber Collision for excellent customer service and competent skilled repair .. AMAZING! If we could rate higher than 5 we would!
