Wonderful customer service from start to finish, both on the front end and behind the scenes. From the moment I walked in, I felt as if I was your #1 customer. Not only was I happy with your work on the repair, I was happily surprised that you took the extra time to cleaned the inside and outside of my car, from the dusty dashboard down to the tires and rims. The extra effort of cleaning the INSIDE of my car and making it smell fresh was the "cherry on top" that made me realize how much Gerber appreciates my business. I also LOVED the "auto watch" service that sends me pictures and an update on the progress of the work being done. Your the best! I've already begun recommending Gerber to anyone who will listen. Great Job!! Thanks for taking such good care of me and my vehicle.

Excellent customer service! Whole staff was very friendly and helpful during a stressful time for me. They answered all my questions. Explained the entire repair process in detail. Great relationship with Enterprise about getting a rental car. Contacted me almost everyday to update me on the repair status. Car was finished very quickly, several days before the estimated completion date. The repair work was outstanding! No complaints. Would definitely return if needed and would also highly recommended them to anyone! Excellent service!

Everyone there was great, the ladies called me every couple of days to let me know the process of my car repairs and the gentlemen who walked my car when I first got there was great. He went over everything with me that day and told me that they would take great care of my car. My car was completed in about 13 days and it looks great. I would recommend your company to my family and friends if and when the need arises. Thank you to the staff from the front to the back, everyone was extremely friendly.

Bottom Line Up Front -- I like the way this place does business!!! Professional and courteous staff, fair market value (industry standard) pricing, two sizable waiting room areas, and a very well maintained facility. I was a little apprehensive about having my car fixed here because I usually take it to the dealer but this Company took care of business and my car is restored back to its former state. Honorable mention to Larry, Courtney, and Vanessa -- I like your attitudes and appreciate your help!
