This place is awesome! From the very first time I made a phone call for inspection, they made me feel so comfortable and provide a very good customer service. Drop the car for inspection - they informed me very clear and service was quick. They also arrange the rental car Enterprise to come and pick me up. I like it very much!!. And most of that the time that took to repair my car is less than supposed to be -AWESOME! and the best thing: when I picked up my car - the service was very quick; they have already prepare my paper and I just signed it and go, WOW!.... when I got out, my car was awaiting me on the front door!.... Can't imagine I have a service like that and seeing my car like BRAND NEW CAR, they even wash and vacuum my car, UNBELIEVEABLE. I very much appreciated the helpfulness and efficiency of both the staff and mechanics. The insurance claim was handled promptly to facilitate an almost immediate next-day estimate, and Gerber was flexible with my schedule to permit the repairs at a time that worked best for me. They combined a separate work order for me to get another much delayed repair completed during this same appointment. While enabling me with their kind assistance to navigate all the logistical challenges of arranging for repairs and for Enterprise rental transportation, I was also very much impressed by the top quality restoration work. I would recommend this Gerber location to anyone.

Everything was handled professionally and timely, and I especially enjoyed receiving updates via e-mail since I'm unable to take calls during my work hours.
