Joel, Monica, and Christina were amazing. My vehicle was hit while parked and I was upset as could be. My truck is my baby. Gerber in Germantown took care of everything! From the estimate to the repair I knew I was in good hands. they had my little truck fixed and returned to me 4 days earlier than anticipated! Richard took the time to explain the repair procedure, and expected length of time once parts were received for the repaid to be completed. His estimate was amazing. My car was hit from behind and causing small dents and scratches on the rear bumper. Gave my car to this amazing Estimator, Monica M. who exceeded my expectations: 1) finished the job one week earlier as it took only four working days to get new bumper and fix the dents plus courtesy painting of tiny spots of the four doors' edges (caused by hitting the walls when parked). 2) the cost is less than 3 competitors that I shopped around near my home 3) Ms M. is very friendly and professional. She even texted me to let me know the progress and the completion and sending me pictures of the job being done. I never met such quick, friendly and professional person like her. She is a keeper at Gerber Collision & Glass company.

They did an excellent job repairing my car. The paint job was awesome, they matched the color perfectly and you couldn't even tell that the car had been hit. I am very happy with their work. They finished the job a day ahead of schedule and they updated me every 2 to 3 days. I would recommend them to anyone who had a collision.

Great service! Took our Honda in for fender repair and was told it would take about 4 days. Dropped the car off Tuesday afternoon and it was ready for pickup on Thursday afternoon. They did a great job with the repair, looks brand new.

I am so pleased with my wonderful experience at Gerber! Though it was hard having an accident, I knew from previous experience that my car was in great hands there. Everyone is so nice to work with, and they did the work in a timely matter. They were great with communicating with me as well. And the car looked amazing--it looked exactly as it did prior to the damage from the accident. It was also easy with arranging for a rental car--I was picked up at Gerber, and then I was able to leave the rental car at Gerber when I picked up my own car. Great experience!!!
