I called and was able to schedule my car quickly. When I dropped my car, the staff was professional, friendly and quick to help me. My car was done quicker than I expected and the work was beautiful. You could not tell my car had ever been in an accident. I was very pleased! I would recommend Gerber in a heartbeat!!

Called Tuesday evening and had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. The two employees I interacted with, Kara and Clint, were both extremely professional and customer service oriented!! New bumber was installed and car was ready for pickup in one day. Even though a hanging engine cover was "not covered" according to the insurance claims adjuster, they took care of that for me at no cost. Car came back looking clean both inside and out!!! 5/5 stars for both customer service and quality work!! Thank you, I greatly appreciate the A++ effort!!

I am very impressed with the results! I did expect such an amazing color-match, WOW! I have seen many poorly matched bumper repairs, but you guys did a great job. I even noticed the car got cleaned before I picked it up. That's a nice touch that I really appreciated. Thank you guys for providing a quick and friendly experience!
