Thank you so much to Gerber Collision for doing a great job on our van repair. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism. The repairs look fantastic, it's like the accident never even happened. Frankly, after hearing horror stories about trying to get vehicles repaired after an accident, I was dreading the ordeal. Imagine my surprise when none of it turned out to be an ordeal at all! I was even able to return the rental vehicle right there at Gerber, instead of having to drive it back to the rental office. They have a sign on the front desk saying the want each customer to have a 10 out of 10 customer service experience and I can honestly say they met that goal.

Very pleasant experience here, they were efficient, and I was able to get my car about 11 days prior to estimated date. When I dropped my car off they called enterprise and enterprise was there by the time I was ready to leave. I was kept informed about my vehicle and when I picked up my car they took care of the rental. My car looked fantastic and I noticed a few scratches that brad took care of immediately. The inside of my car was vacuumed and cleaned it smells great. Great experience
