Took my beloved Silverado in for damage caused by someone else, and his insurance gave the option to choose the facility of my liking, and I chose Gerber. The work was flawless and faster than expected! On ta side topic, I removed high value items from it before I dropped it off except, I left my cash tip stock in the overhead console I use for filling the boot, tips, ect. Still there. Honesty and integrity say a lot about a place IMO. Highly recommend.

From my very first interaction with Chelsea, who warmly and efficiently helped arrange my vehicle drop-off, I was impressed by the team's professionalism. Upon arrival, Rebecca conducted a thorough walk-around of my vehicle, carefully noting all the areas that would be addressed. Their coordination with Enterprise to have a rental car ready by the time the paperwork was complete was a thoughtful and seamless touch that significantly eased a stressful situation. Throughout the repair process, Becca served as my primary point of contact, providing consistent and transparent updates via weekly text messages. Even when there wasn't major progress to report, messages like "the part is expected to arrive ... today" offered genuine peace of mind and demonstrated a level of attentiveness that's all too rare. When I returned to Gerber for a second repair, I encountered complications with my insurance provider. Chelsea stood by me during a lengthy 40+ minute call, helping clarify the situation with patience and support. Later that evening, Steve, the manager, personally followed up after overhearing our conversation. His proactive approach and willingness to offer further assistance-despite having no obligation to do so-spoke volumes about the values this team upholds. While I don't know the skilled individuals who performed the actual repairs, their craftsmanship deserves recognition. Each time, my vehicle was returned to me looking as if it had just rolled off the showroom floor. I am deeply grateful to the entire Gerber team(Steve, Rebecca, Chelsea, Brittany)-not just for the outstanding quality of their work, but for the compassion, dedication, and integrity they consistently show. In an era where customer service often feels transactional, Gerber Collision creates a genuinely human experience that makes you feel like family. Gerber Collision does exactly what they tell you they will do. Excellent workmanship and reasonable pricing. I am so happy I found Gerber! My SUV looks amazing you cannot tell it was repainted, and their work comes with a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend Gerber!
