I went in on 4 /16 /2018 and my car was ready on 4/19/2018. I want to say All 3 Ladies were very nice and straight to the point. They were great at how they welcomed me in as a 1st time customer. They explained the process and sent text to update me on how long it would take to fix my car. I had just a little bit of front bumper bang up from a parked truck is how ended up finding this great place of women power to fix my car. I can't thank you ladies and gentlemen enough for all you have done to get me back on the road in my nice car.Thank you so very much. The staff I encountered at this location were super nice and they completed the job in the timeframe promised. Special kudos to their frontline staff member Tiffany that took the time to take myself and two other ladies that'd been waiting over an hour and a half for Enterprise, to the Enterprise location so that we could pick up our rentals and be on our way.

Great new location! Excellent service, from the time I dropped my vehicle off , to the time it was ready for pick up. Gerber made the repair process a breeze, I was even about to leave the rental , for enterprise to pick. Kevin walked through the damage with me and make me feel even more comfortable. This was my first time using Gerber, and they were AWESOME. I cannot say enough good things about their customer service. They completed my car perfectly even though it had a huge amount of work to be done. They kept me informed extremely well and Stephanie in the front office was a pleasure to work with as well as the rest of the team. I have never used a car repair shop that made me feel more comfortable and at ease with the entire process. Gerber Collision & Glass will be the only shop I ever take my car to should it need any work. A+++++++++++
