Service here was awesome. My car was done quicker than expected and looks great!! Whoever detailed my car did an amazing job. They even took off the dealer lettering on my trunk that was starting to fade and peel. That's something I wanted done for awhile! Stevie is truly an asset to this location. She is friendly and called me every time there was something to be updated on. Please have whoever is in charge of this location commend her on her work and show her this review please.

Thursday, 11.15.2018 I cannot say enough nice things about the lovely staff at Gerber Collision and Glass Decatur, Georgia. Everyone one was incredibly nice and helpful to me. I delivered my Subaru to them on Monday, 11.12.2018. The receptionist called Enterprise to pick me up. Whilst I was removing items from my car to put into the Enterprise car, a very nice Gerber employee came out to my car and brought me the hot chocolate that I had left inside. It was raining and cold that day and she said she did not want me to have to go back inside to deliver my car key. She came outside to get the car key from me and to hand me my hot chocolate. How incredibly kind of her. What wonderul customer service. On Wednesday, 11.14.2018, at 12:30 pm, I received a phone call Gerber Collision advising me that my car was repaired and ready for pickup. I ... was surprised and pleased that my car was ready. Whomever did the actual repair work on my Subaru did a lovely job. You would never know that the car had ever sutained any damage. Please be advised that Gerber Collision and Glass Decatur is an amazing place to have your restored. The staff, the technicians, and the overall welcoming friendliness and helpfulness were so appreciated. Customer Service at its finest. read more

Ally was a pleasure to work with during the repair of my 2016 Honda Accord: she literally kept me updated via text during the repair process and I am very grateful for that! She was even able to return my car a day earlier than originally promised. This shop always does a great job on our vehicles. We wouldn't take them anywhere else. The staff is great, and makes sure that you are greeted when you come in, as well as they make sure to get your vehicles done in a timely manner, but they also take their time with each vehicle. We love bringing our cars to them when they need to be repaired.
