They kept me informed of the progress of repairs to my car and when they would be finished; as planned my car was delivered on time. 10 STARS!!!!(*****) The Hinesville, GA Gerber Collision & Glass is certainly the best of the best! This is the second time I've needed their services due to auto chips/dings created by careless others. I was quick to tell my insurance that I wanted only Gerber's services. Ashley, Micki, and Mathew should be the definition and faces of the words "Customer Service". They were quick to call, follow-up, set up rental, and deliver the most friendly, efficient, expeditious, and perfect outcome. Ashley provided extra future tips and recommendations.
