Ken at the Lawrenceville location was WONDERFUL to deal with. He stayed in constant contact throughout the time my car was at the location. My car was originally in Roswell and shipped to Lawrenceville for faster turnaround. The car was ready as promised and the work performed was great!!!

I have not had to use a collision shop in ages. However, someone hit my car while it was was parked. I was uncertain where to send it for repairs. I spoke with my dealership service advisor, he recommended Gerber. I spoke with Gerber representative via phone. the representative assured me that this process would be hassle free. She advised me of what I could expect from Gerber Collision Center. After receiving text messages with the update/ estimated time that my vehicle would be ready my nerves began to settle. The updates popped up every 2 days with the progress of the repairs. Gerber did a fine job communicating with me. They even made the return of the rental car easy. Thanks Gerber staff for making this experience great! I will definitely recommend family and friends to this collision repair center.
