It was a wonderful experience, and everything went smooth. The desk representative was extremely nice, and the estimator did an awesome job. The repairs look great, and we were provided with helpful information about the repairs and what to do and not to do with the new repairs. We were also updated along the way during the repair process. Definitely will spread the word about the service we received with our friends.

They kept me informed throughout the repair process. In a day and age where customer service has become a thing of the past, this facility should be commended for excellent customer service and by the way, the repairs that they performed on my vehicle look great. I approached this location cauriously after being bumped by another company for self paying. They had insurance work that was a higher priority. This store's estimate was slightly higher, but they assured me they could schedule my body work and have my car finished in 5 days. They did it in 4.5 days, the work was outstanding. I received a progress text daily and a phone call day 3 and 5 to handle progress reports. The car is beautiful, cleaned in and out and in the end it came in $800 under estimate. Thank you for your outstanding service.
