If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. I recently had an issue with the bumper. I immediately took my car to Gerber's and although they were booked until June, they accommodated fitting me in. I was told that I would need to leave the car with them for a couple of days which I didn't mind. Well, a couple of days ended up being a couple of hours!!! They discovered that they only had to reset the bumper. Thank you Gerber for finding a quick, simple and cost effective solution. This is my third time using Gerber over a ten-year span and the courtesy and professionalism have always been the best. They will continue to be my go-to for any bodywork and I highly recommend them for any collusion repair.

As usual you guys did a great job. Mary B. did a great job estimating the damage, managing the repair process and staying in touch with us on the progress of the repairs. She let us know when the repairs were completed and the van was ready to pick up. This is the 3rd or 4th time Gerber has repaired damages to cars we've owned and we've always been extremely happy with the work they've done and the communications they've made with us as the work progressed and was completed. I've recommended Gerber and the Oak Street location to several people and will continue to do so. Thanks for the great job Mary and also for the technicians who performed the repairs...the Van looks great.

Their calendar date was accurate and repairs done in one week. Brittany shines in her personal relations and is always well knowledgeable when a question comes about. Stopped by to ask a tech how to replace a bulb in an Escalade headlight assembly. Had the bulb, was going to install it myself. Andrew said give me the bulb, go inside and have a coffee, I'll do it for you, no charge. 10 minutes later I was on my way with working lights. Jeni was easy to talk to and work with, Andrew was great! I've used Gerber before and the people and the work they do there is top notch. I'll never go anywhere else.
