This location was absolutely phenomenal!! From the time I dropped off my car till the time I picked it up! They were so incredibly thorough with me during the WHOLE process. Jane at the front and Kaitlyn were such a delight and so helpful. I am always on the phone for work so whey offered to text me with updates I was so happy about this. I received a personal text from Jane every Tuesday and Thursday with updates, as well as the automated one, and Kaitlyn sent me one as well going into detail about my car and the items they were waiting on. I had no worries or concerns because of the way they kept up with me. Normally when I get my car fixed I am always wondering when I will get it back but they informed me of a date and they were on time! They texted me from when they started working on my car to even starting the painting process! I ... was SUPER impressed. I will definitely be using them in the future for all glass repairs, hopefully no more collisions, but if one happens, I know where I am going and that Is Gerber in Newnan! This has been the most friendliest and helpful auto body shop I shave ever encountered. They worked with me to get my car in the shop as soon as possible. They wrrr very understanding. The customer service is what you wish you would see in every business. The front staff were always nice. Then there was a gentleman there named Dom who was super nice, helped me load my bags into the rental. He was patient with all my questions and had such a positive attitude.

Great experience with GERBER Collision. Was quoted 6-7 days work time and GERBER delivered as expected. Lloyd was a exceptional as a service lead. Was super easy to work with, kind, and caring. He communicated to us on time, and took the extra time to make sure the car looked amazing and clean when we picked it up. Can get much better service than that. I would absolutely use them again if I needed glass or collision repair.

I contacted Gerber's Auto Glass to replace a rear windshield and I was connected to Glass America. They called me back and gave me a quote and time of service. I received an email and a text confirmation. On the day of the service, Mitch, the awesome repair guy, called to let me know he was an hour away. Mitch was very professional and courteous and he did an excellent job. This experience was amazing from start to finish. Thank you!
