I can only imagine what most of you are probably thinking; "How in the H*ll can anyone be so elated about being without your favorite ride for about a week, after it suffered severe damage from a ridiculous crash/accident that most likely could have been avoided, as it was caused by either someone, or yourself, who was not paying attention, or actually thinks that they have the driving skills as Mario A or pretending that they are filming the next 15th sequel of Fast & Furious. My son Justin brought in 2012 Honda Civic from a hit from behind and run accident that occurred May 25. He borrowed our car and unfortunately was in an accident. My insurance company Hartford at first was taking care of claim. However, Atlanta Police located other car, driver and his insurance company- Safeway- so they took over claim 1142648-GA. I'm not here to complain about Safeways lackadaisical approach to the claim. I want you to know how GREAT Laura O was! She was professional, kept in touch with my son, answered any questions and tried to get the Safeway Adjustor to respond to messages and emails. The car has been fixed from the accident and Justin even asked for an unrelated repair to be made and he'd pay for it. Laura was so helpful and so was the receptionist whenever I called! My experience was great with this location. Lloyd was extremely professional and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to get me all the information I needed regarding additional work I needed. He also thoroughly explained the work that was performed and what to expect. My card looks brand new. My experience was stress free from beginning to end. Will definitely recommend this place in the future. My only bad experience was the front desk attendant. She is just not the most friendliest person to be greeting customers. She obviously does not want to be there. Would have changed to 4 stars because of my experience with her but Lloyd Hadley filled in the gap to make the experience more pleasant. Would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here if you can avoid the front desk girl.

My experience with Gerber Collision and Glass was outstanding. Dennis and his staff were amazing. In repairing my vehicle, Dennis consistently informed me of the status of the repairs to my car. He definitely made me feel as if my car was in great hands. Needless to say, when all the repairs were completed, I was not disappointed. My car was restored to its original condition at the hands of Dennis' exceptionally skilled and meticulous staff. I'm very happy that I chose to take my car to Gerber Collision and Glass on Dekalb Ave in Decatur, GA. If anyone is in need of car repairs, I will recommend Dennis' shop without a doubt.

They did an excellent job with my car and kept me updated on the progress. They explained the process very thoroughly and had rental car agency meet me at their shop and was also able to leave my rental at their location rather than making arrangements for the return. Car looks like new, will definitely recommend Gerber in the future. ??
