My experience with Gerber Collision was very positive. Lloyd kept me informed along the way. My car was ready ahead of schedule and looks great! Lloyd even called Enterprise to arrange for returning my rental so all I had to do was pick up my car when it was repaired! Viola at the front desk is super helpful too. This team provided great service!

As a person who has been in management for almost 30 years in Fortune 100 companies, Lloyd is the kind of person who is extremely valuable in my opinion. Gerber did a great job repairing my car! I really appreciate their customer service. Michael even dropped me off at my office and picked me up when my car was ready. He also kept me up to date on the status of my car throughout the repair process. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and it was ready the following Tuesday. It worked out perfectly since I went out of town on Friday after I dropped it off on Wednesday and got back Monday. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and will bring my car back here if I ever need any repairs done in the future. Thank you Gerber!
