GA - 55 Oak St, Roswell - 10/9/12
This was my second time having work done at the Gerber Collision facility on Oak Street in Roswell. The team there did such a good job fixing/repainting my Acura MDX drivers side a few weeks ago that I decided to take it back to fix/repaint some minor scratches and dents that had occured over the years on my Acura MDX passengers side. Again, the quality of the work was excellent and Jennifer Parker provided A+ service.

Gerber not only fixed the bumper and headlight on the front of my car in a timely manner, they helped me get in touch with the rental car place and worked around my schedule. The continually stayed in contact with me about the issues that my car was having. They also informed me that my car had been in previous accidents which was not disclosed to me when I bought the car. They showed me the repair work that had been done on the car. They were very honest and diligent in fixing my car. Everyone was very polite.

I was not aware that there was such a glass company that also repair auto's as well. The service was quick and the work was excellent. I just knew that my final statement would be over the edge. WRONG!! You guy's are great. In the future (should the occasion arise) i will definately recommend any and everyone to Gerber. You guy's are really on point and i appreciate it. I want to take a moment and offer my gratitude to the amazing staff of Gerber in Rome, GA. Ashley and everyone at the center are extremely courteous, professional and knowledgable. This is the first time I have been involved in any sort of auto accident and they were very understanding to my concerns and answered all of my questions thouroughly. The repair work is truly outstanding and I am impressed beyond words. My car was ready when promised and it was super clean, inside and out. Again, thanks to Ashley and her crew for the outstanding job. You'll always be highly ''wreck-ommended'' by me!

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the staff at this location and how helpful they have been in making sure I was taken care of in a highly professional and yet empathetic manner. Kimberly, who answered my calls and was the first person I met when entering the office, is assuring and an attentive listener. Stephanie D'Agostin symbolizes what every customer service person should have in terms of noting and addressing concerns and getting all the information I hadn't thought important. I know this isn't exactly true, because there were other clients in the office also having repairs done, but it seemed as if my needs were the only ones important, and my repairs the only ones which mattered. Jennifer Parker is a pro! She made the entire repair process simple. A rental car was available when I dropped off my car, I received regular updates on the status of my repair, and my car was returned to me in a matter of minutes after returing to Gerber for pickup. The repair was high quality and I would recommend the Oak Street Gerber Collision & Glass Team to others.

Thank you so much for such a positive experience. Everyone was so nice and reassuring even though I was so worried how much it was going to cost, how to arrange for a rental car etc. Kimberly totally made me feel I called the right place when we talked at 8AM. The amazing miracle was that it was just a loose bumper and screw that fell out when John did the estimate, there was no charge, and he thoroughly explained what happened. He was just so cool. I almost didn't go because it's not near where I live anymore, but a good friend had recommended last year when I scratched my car and I also had a perfect experience - it was done a day earlier for a $100 less than the estimate. Stephanie D'Agostin is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She took very good care of me and was extremely sympathetic and caring about my situation. I can NOT imagine a better experience than the one I had. PLEASE give her a raise with stock options! :-)

The service was good. There was an unexpected delay in getting the correct part due to the manufacturer repeadily shipping the wrong part, but the staff was persistent.

The quality of the work was excellent and they had the car ready exactly when promised. I can't even tell anything happened. I hope I don't have to use Gerber again, but if I do have an accident, Gerber is definitely where I'll take my car.

The services were great and I receive my vehicle back by the estimated date. The work was outstanding can not even notice there has been damage to the vehicle. Customer service is very great Miss Patricia Baker the representative at the desk is very polite and Mr. Stan Nelson Collision repair manager is a wonderful person and has superb people skills and works hard to satisfy the customer and returned my vehicle back to me in excellent condition.

My car looks great, Thanks for taking the time to keep me posted on the repairs to my car from a tree coming down on it three weeks after getting my car repaired from a 3 car accident. They took the worry out of waiting again for my car to be ready. I feel like I have a brand new car again. You would never know the car is 10 years old.
