I was served very well. The staff was very concerned, polite, and prompt. The work was done very well. The car looks as if there was no accident at all. The estimator gave me a real feeling of being served very well, and that they will get the job done quickly. The receptionist showed politeness and greeted me very well. WOW! Gerber was great!

Mr. Bob S.l was awesome! Mr. S. went over and beyond to touch up the small nicks caused by rocks due to my high way driving. This is the second time I've used this repair shop and is what keeps me coming back when in need for work to be done! Mr. S. is a keeper!

All of the staff members are professional and friendly. I had the most contact with Kim and Bob S. They are great. The auto body work was excellent. My daughter commented that "it (the car) looks like it was never hit". My experience at Gerber Collision & Glass was excellent. Thank you.

I had a good experience at Gerber, my estimator was Bob S. and with a one out of ten rating i would give him a ten. I hope to never need collision repair ever again,but if i do Gerber is the place i will go to.

David Athans was very nice. When I picked up my car we did a walk thru to make sure that all the work was done on the car. I received a call every Tuesday and Thursday to let me know how things were going. I was given a completion date of October 31,2013 but the car was competed on October 28,2013. Also Kim has very pleasant customer service attitude. I was very pleased with the service I received.
