I had the pleasure of being serviced by Gerber and it was truly AMAZING! Jim walked me through what would take place and He further advised me there may be a color variation once the bumper was painted. " Looks Perfect" I got my car back in 1 day. The young ladies at the desk was very helpful. I recommend 10 ********** stars.

"Gerber you guys are the best ! you deserve 10 stars not 5. I dropped my car off on Monday morning July 30, 2018 at 7am. I received a call the same day giving me a update on my car, telling me it could possibly be ready by Wednesday evening at the lastest (2 days yall). When I saw my car on Wednedsay evening two days later. As I drove up on the pa lot to pick it up of course on Wednesday as promised , oh yes it was a WOW. I am completely satisfied with the repairs that was done. The employees were surperb from checkin to checkout. Noah is a awesome man of God, he called 3 days in advance to see if I could possibly bring my car in before the scheduled date so they could get started. Not to mention the bodywork man behind the scene that actually does the work, they're the ones who really makes Gerber look good. On Monday when I arrived ... Noah received my car and at the end he was there to present my car back to me. Noah again you are a awesome man of God. You know I could go on and on and on, about the satisfaction I feel. One more thing my car was back to me so quickly that I only had to put $5 worth of gas in the rental, now that was a quick turnaround. Gerber Collision in Garner, NC is quite amazing. Not only are they knowledgeable, they are personable as well. Molly and Danielle in the front office were professional and friendly. Noah, my estimator, gave feedback and follow-through that was second to none. Everyone managed to be empathetic and help calm me down when I was very upset with the person who hit my car. My vehicle looks perfectly repaired and they even washed my car and vacuumed the interior! An additional bonus is that with my insurance company works with Gerber, paid them directly, and even coordinated my car rental. I was able to leave the rental right at Gerber to make the process even more seamless.

Best service I have ever received. It was friendly, fast, and efficient with no waiting time. I only had my truck in the shop for one day. When I went to pick it up, the paint job was perfect, and they had washed it inside and out. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Overall a good experience but wanted to give a thank you to Molly. More than once, she went above and beyond for me. I was not a happy customer not because of Gerber, just because of being rear ended and having so much annoyance. Each time I dealt with Molly, she was calm and always handled the situation for me. Which made my life a lot easier during this process. I'm a disabled Veteran and sometimes have challenges in these situations if my wife is not with me but she helped me and went the extra mile to rectify my claim. Thank you to all but a special thanks to Molly!

I went in Monday for an estimate. I expected to have to wait at least a few days, but Jeff said he had an opening and got my car right in the shop. They kept me up to speed on what was going on. The car was done before the estimated day and it looked great. Jeff and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Gerber Collision in Garner did a great job on repairing my vehicle. Once the insurance company finally approved their supplement, the repairs were completed very quickly and the quality was great. Lots of talented workers and attentive front-end staff made this insurance claim much more bearable than it otherwise would have been. Wow!
