I took my 92 year old Mother In Laws 2008 Nissan Maxima in to see if they could fasten the bumper back. She had swiped the side of a building and had popped the right front bumper completely out of place. We did not want to file on the insurance. I worked with Michael and he told me they could fix it. He took the car and in like 10 mins. he pulled it up fixed! I asked him what I owed and he said not to worry about just do a review, so that's what I'm doing. If I ever need any body work done on any of my vehicles I will go there. Great customer relations!

Took my 92 year old Mother in laws car there. She had damaged the right front corner of her Nissan Maxima. The clips were gone that held the bumper in place. The side was popped out and we did not want to file the insurance. I asked if they could just fasten it back where it would be secure. I worked with Micheal and he said they could do it and would just charge me for a little labor. About 10 mins. later he brought the car up and they had fixed everything. When I asked what I owe him he said don't worry about it and did not charge me a dime! This is an example of building relationships with customers. If I ever need any body work I will go here.
